The system scans 45+ pre-configured company job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and others) to auto-discover new opportunities and submit applications with minimal friction.
Interview Preparation
The system accumulates STAR+Reflection stories as you use it - structured narratives from your work history that you can pull during interviews. Instead of scrambling the night before an interview to remember what you did, you have a prepared library.
The Philosophy: Human in Control
What makes Career-Ops different from other automation tools is its stance on autonomy. The AI recommends - it scores opportunities, generates resumes, flags strong fits - but humans always decide.
